Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team at My Digital Patron. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the successful delivery of our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client needs and objectives and ensure they are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Regularly update clients on campaign progress and performance.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our services and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the real estate sector.
• Understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, and PPC.
